不是針對某位同學, 只是個人意見和感受
今天的班主任課時, Miss Fiona 帶我們全班到七樓的籃球場裡踢足球.首先, Torres 說要測試我們的實力, 所以他說他會輪流傳傳球給每一個人,然後叫我們傳回給他. 我記得Hannah傳回給他的時候, 他只說了一句, 李衍悠是其中一個傳球傳的最差的人.第一, 我認為他不應這樣說,因為Hannah從來都沒有學過踢足球, 所以她可能踢得不太好, 但如果我們那麼直接, 會傷害別人的心.2. 他不應只批評別人, 我認為他作為隊長, 應該給一些建議隊員, 令他們可以做得更好.
然後, Torres幫我們(需要與隔離班比賽的人)分成三隊, 但我認為他幫我們分隊時他的指示很不清晰, 因為他從來沒有說過幾多個人一隊, 惹來很多人的不滿.一開始我們每組要派一個代表出來決定那兩隊踢先, Torres那隊要等候一下才能踢....
在這件事裡, 我學會了無論你在一方面很好, 你也不可以要求你的組員立刻配合你, 你要聽別人的意見, 這樣的組長才會得人尊重.
Torres, i hope you won't hate me...
ReplyDeleteI didn't 特意把球踢出界, I'm not a good football player so I thought the only way to defence my court is to make others miss the ball so when others got the ball, I try to kick it out when several people is on the same place. And Torres didn't told us the area of goal so I though The goal is behind the line and I actually kicked over the line but sometimes, I kicked wrongly to the corner.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry. We're all learning at different pace. Some of us are better at certain things and so we can help others. Then, in another area, we need help from others!
